Five steps, from the first walk of the turn through the rest of the school year.

Every community gets the same steady process, shaped around your timing, your buildings and your team.

Prepare

We work with your team before turn season to review schedules, set priorities and coordinate readiness building by building. Available units can be addressed early, allowing more time for the busy turn weeks.

Verify

We walk every unit and every bed and document each with dated photos before key handoff. Anything not ready is flagged early and walked again, with tasks, vendor activity and photos organized by unit.

Welcome

Working with your team, we learn who is coming, so the welcome feels personal from day one. Every bed gets a dated move-in condition record, signed by the resident and the property.

Support

After move-in, we keep coordinating resident requests with your onsite team through the school year. Any request left unassigned for 48 hours is flagged for the property to follow up.

Report

Every week you receive a readiness report you can share with owners and partners. It shows what we found, what has been taken care of and what is still waiting.

Alongside what you already use

Your software tracks the work. ResLYFE verifies it.

Most communities already run strong property software, and ResLYFE doesn't replace it. We add the person on site who walks the unit, checks the bed, takes the photo and confirms the work is done.
